Challenges and Adaptive Measures
During implementation, minor operational challenges were encountered, primarily related to participant arrival timing and schedule coordination. Some learners and guardians arrived later than planned, which affected the initial start of field activities.
In response, the implementation team applied on-site schedule adjustments and flow reorganization to maintain smooth activity progression. Participants were guided accordingly into their assigned groups to ensure continuity of operations without disruption.
Despite these adjustments, effective coordination among teachers, parents, and partner agencies enabled the activity to proceed safely and in an organized manner. Continuous field supervision ensured that all activities were completed efficiently, with no incidents reported.
Overall, the adaptive measures implemented reflected strong operational flexibility and effective stakeholder coordination, allowing the program to be completed successfully.
