This Safety & Environmental Policy establishes the framework for ensuring safe working conditions, environmental protection, and sustainable forestry practices across all operations of PlantPlant Forestry Support Services.
This policy applies to all stakeholders, including:
Employees and management
Field workers and contractors

All project sites and operational activities
It applies to all forestry, environmental, administrative, and field-related operations.
PlantPlant Forestry Support Services is committed to:
Preventing workplace injuries and occupational hazards
Protecting biodiversity and natural ecosystems
Promoting sustainable land and resource management
Complying with environmental and safety regulations
Continuously improving environmental performance
All stakeholders must ensure safe working practices by:
Following safety procedures and field protocols
Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reporting hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
Participating in safety briefings and training sessions
Avoiding unsafe or unauthorized field activities
No task shall be performed in conditions that compromise human safety.
PlantPlant enforces strict environmental responsibility in all operations, including:
Protection of natural habitats and biodiversity
Prevention of soil, water, and air pollution
Proper waste management and disposal practices
Sustainable tree planting and land rehabilitation methods
Minimization of ecological disturbance during field activities
Any activity that causes avoidable environmental degradation is strictly prohibited.
All forestry activities must follow science-based and sustainable approaches, including:
Use of appropriate and native species where applicable
Proper site selection and land assessment
Maintenance and monitoring of planted areas
Avoidance of overplanting or ecosystem imbalance
Long-term survival and impact monitoring
All safety incidents, environmental hazards, or near-miss events must be:
Reported immediately to supervisors or authorized coordinators
Documented accurately and completely
Investigated promptly and fairly
Followed by corrective and preventive actions
Confidentiality and protection of reporters are ensured.
This policy complies with applicable laws and standards of the Republic of the Philippines, including:
Environmental protection laws and regulations

Management: Ensure implementation, resources, and compliance
Supervisors: Enforce safety protocols and field discipline

Non-compliance with this policy may result in:
Removal from field activities
Suspension of participation
Termination of engagement
